Andhra Cements' board approved audited financial results for Q4 & FY26, reporting a FY26 net loss of ₹167.16 Cr on ₹452.39 Cr income. It also gave in-principle approval for amalgamation with Sagar Cements. The parent reduced stake to 75% via OFS for MPS compliance, and incremental qualified borrowings were ₹144.47 Cr.
