Black Rose Industries Ltd — Important, 13-05-2026: Company Update

The company's Board approved key governance and leadership changes. M/s. Poddar & Co. and M/s. RMJ & Associates LLP were appointed Cost and Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Mr. Ambarish Daga was redesignated to Investor Relationship Officer and re-appointed as an Executive Director for three years from July 25, 2026. Mrs. Shruti Jatia was also re-appointed as an Executive Director for three years from September 2, 2026. Both re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Ms. Darshana Sawant was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately. These changes strengthen the company's oversight and management.
