TVS Holdings' board approved its full-year consolidated results, reporting a net profit of Rs. 3,390.19 Cr & EPS of Rs. 838.12. An interim dividend of Rs. 86/share for FY26 was also noted. The company will raise up to Rs. 1,100 Cr via debt instruments.
