Kaynes Tech Board approved strong FY26 consolidated results: Revenue ₹3626 Cr, Net Profit ₹364 Cr, EPS ₹54.85. The board also okayed re-appointments for three directors and appointed two new independent directors. The company acquired 76% stakes in Aerocaliph & Cryo Precision.
