ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems reported Q4/FY26 consolidated profit of ₹146.32 Cr & ₹517.15 Cr, with revenues of ₹1155.23 Cr & ₹4118.94 Cr. The Board proposed a ₹4/share dividend and approved a 5:1 bonus share issue. Also approved a ₹30 Cr investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary.
