Oil India's board meeting approved audited consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26. Profit for the quarter was ₹2,424.46 Cr, and for the year, ₹7,550.67 Cr. They also proposed a ₹1/share final dividend and greenlit a new JV for Compressed Biogas projects.
