Oil India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 13-05-2026: Dividend

Oil India's Board has announced a final dividend of ₹1 per share (10% of paid-up capital) for FY 2025-26. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be disbursed within 30 days of declaration. The record date will be set and communicated later. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
