Paramount Wires & Cables' board approved fundraising of ₹122.63 Cr via preferential issue, comprising ₹92.39 Cr from equity shares and ₹30.24 Cr from convertible warrants. Shareholder approval is sought at a June 6, 2026 EGM. Ms. Rashi Goel was appointed Company Secretary.
