DCM Shriram Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 13-05-2026: Dividend

The Company's Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share (200% on FV Rs. 2). This brings the total FY26 dividend to Rs. 11.20 per share, payable post-AGM approval. The Board also approved canceling 39 lakh forfeited shares (Rs. 0.156 Cr paid-up), impacting outstanding shares. Financial assistance of Rs. 100 Cr was approved for wholly-owned subsidiary HSCL to expand Formulated Resins capacity by 36,000 TPA. Additionally, the Epichlorohydrin (ECH) plant is now fully commissioned at 52,000 TPA, and Shriram Polytech has transitioned to a Joint Venture.
