DCM Shriram Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board approved consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26. A final dividend of Rs 4/share was proposed (total FY26 dividend: Rs 11.20/share). The AGM is set for August 18, 2026. Also approved: cancelling 3.9M forfeited shares and investing up to Rs 100 Cr in subsidiary HSCL to boost resin capacity.
