DCM Shriram Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

DCM Shriram declared strong consolidated Q4 FY26 PAT of Rs 370.80 Cr (FY26 PAT Rs 855.98 Cr). Board proposed a Rs 4/share final dividend, making total FY26 payout Rs 11.20/share. Also approved Rs 100 Cr capex in subsidiary HSCL for capacity expansion.
