Atmastco Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Atmastco's Board approved raising Rs 53.20 Cr via 35 lakh equity shares and Rs 91.20 Cr through 60 lakh convertible warrants, all priced at Rs 152 each. They also increased authorized capital to Rs 35 Cr. An EGM on June 6 will seek shareholder approval.
