Kkalpana Plastick Limited has a new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). Its previous RTA, CB Management Services Private Limited, merged with MUFG Intime India Private Limited, effective May 08, 2026. Consequently, all share-related services and investor record management will now be handled by MUFG Intime India Private Limited. This change ensures continuity in managing shareholder data and transactions, which is vital for the company's investors. The existing service team is expected to remain.
