ADF Foods shareholders: A final dividend of Re 0.60 per share (30% on face value of Rs 2) is proposed. To be eligible for this dividend, your shares must be in your demat account by the Record Date of Wednesday, August 5, 2026. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 12, 2026. If approved, payment will be made within 30 days of declaration.
