LIC Housing Finance's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: PAT at ₹1,492.63 Cr for Q4 and ₹5,604.24 Cr for FY26. A ₹10/share dividend was proposed. Sandeep Kumar was appointed as Chief Operating Officer.
