Gujarat Cotex Limited's Board has approved the allotment of 8.07 Cr fully paid-up equity shares from its recently concluded Rights Issue. These shares, priced at Rs. 5 each, aggregated to Rs. 40.34 Cr. This finalizes the capital raise for eligible shareholders. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has significantly increased from Rs. 7.12 Cr (1.42 Cr shares) to Rs. 47.47 Cr (9.49 Cr shares). This capital infusion strengthens the company's financial position and expands its equity base.
