LIC Hsg Fin saw Q4 PAT surge 9% to Rs 1497 Cr, with disbursements up 10% to Rs 21019 Cr. Full-year PAT rose 3% to Rs 5595 Cr. Asset quality improved significantly. The board proposes a 500% dividend (Rs 10/share).
