Kaynes Technology delivered a strong full-year performance for FY26. Revenue surged 33% YoY to ₹3,626.4 Cr, with Profit After Tax (PAT) climbing 24% YoY to ₹363.9 Cr, and EBITDA jumping 40% YoY to ₹574.1 Cr. The Industrial (incl. EV) segment continues to be the largest revenue contributor. While Q4FY26 saw revenue grow 26% YoY to ₹1,242.6 Cr, Q4 PAT saw a 21% YoY decline to ₹91.2 Cr.
The company is strategically integrating its EMS expertise with OSAT and HDI PCB manufacturing, aiming to become a fully integrated electronics ODM. This backward and vertical integration promises enhanced supply chain visibility and faster time-to-market.
Key developments include the operational pilot OSAT plant and the launch of India's first commercial Multi-chip module, with mass production scaling up by July. The Chamarajanagar expansion is progressing, adding significant capacity for box build and aerospace verticals. The order book stands strong at ₹8,366.3 Cr. Management is focused on delivering comprehensive solutions and expanding its role across the entire electronics supply chain.
