Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises Ltd — Important, 14-05-2026: Company Update

The company has received an NCLT order sanctioning its Composite Scheme of Arrangement. This scheme involves amalgamating Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises into Triveni Engineering, and demerging Triveni Engineering's gears and defence business (PTB Undertaking) into Triveni Power Transmission. Shareholders of Sir Shadi Lal will get 100 Triveni Engineering shares for every 137 held. Triveni Engineering shareholders will receive 1 Triveni Power Transmission share for every 3 shares. However, the company identified an error in the order and is filing for rectification, a crucial step before the scheme can be fully implemented.
