Kotyark Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kotyark's board approved boosting authorized capital from Rs. 23 Cr to Rs. 200 Cr. They also approved a plan to issue 10:1 bonus shares. The previously declared Rs. 5 dividend will be adjusted post-bonus. Shareholder approval is still required.
