Akums Drugs' Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs 1.00/share and a special dividend of Rs 2.00/share for FY26, on Rs 2 face value shares. The Record Date to determine dividend eligibility is July 03, 2026. Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on July 10, 2026, the combined Rs 3.00/share dividend will be paid within 30 days.
