Nitin Spinners' Q4 FY26 revenue hit an all-time high of 859.8 Cr, with PAT up 23.7% YoY. Full-year PAT also rose marginally. The Board has proposed a 30% dividend (INR 3/share), and net debt-to-equity improved to 0.76x.
Management sees FY27 EBITDA margins in the 16-20% range, citing sustainable yarn spreads (INR 120-125/kg). New capacity (75M meters fabric, 22K tons spinning) is set for H2 FY27, enhancing value-added products. Renewable energy initiatives promise annual savings of ~INR 50 Cr. FTAs with UK/EU are key growth drivers, attracting global brands. The company aims for 30-35% revenue growth by FY28.
