Nilkamal's Board approved audited financial results for Q4 & FY26. Consolidated Net Sales hit ₹3778 Cr (up 14% YoY) with PAT at ₹116 Cr. The company proposed a final dividend of ₹20 per share for FY26. Both B2B and Retail segments showed strong growth.
