JSW Steel's Board approved merging with BMM Ispat, gaining its 1 MTPA plant near JSW's facility. This unlocks synergies, land for faster 2 MTPA expansion, and strengthens long products. JSW will issue 1 equity share for every 18 BMMIL shares.
