Dilip Buildcon is transforming into a multi-asset infrastructure powerhouse, moving beyond pure EPC. For FY26, consolidated revenue stood at 8,984 Cr (down 20.6% YoY) and standalone revenue at 7,005 Cr (down 22.2% YoY). Consolidated PAT surged 66.4% YoY to 1,398 Cr, and standalone PAT jumped 170.4% YoY to 842 Cr, largely due to profits from divesting 7 HAM SPVs in Q3. Q4 consolidated revenue was 2,300 Cr. MDO coal production at Pachhwara ramped up to 22.35 Mn MT.

The company's strategy, 'DBL 2.0', emphasizes MDO for stable cash flows and InvITs for asset monetization. They aim for more asset-light, high-ROIC segments in EPC and utilize strategic backward integration.

Recent developments include the listing of Anantam Highways InvIT in Oct-2025, winning 13 new projects worth 18,548 Cr, and completing 5 projects worth 2,812 Cr. Large renewable energy and transmission projects were also secured.

The FY26 Order Book stands robust at 28,830 Cr, a significant increase from 14,923 Cr, diversified across mining, roads, and renewables. Consolidated net debt reduced to 7,082 Cr from 8,142 Cr, and Net Debt to Equity improved to 0.28.

Management's outlook focuses on boosting MDO volumes, increasing capital recycling via InvITs, and achieving operational efficiencies. The company aims for a net debt positive standalone position and accelerated consolidated balance sheet deleveraging, with MDO as a core earnings driver.
