Apollo Tyres' board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. FY26 revenue hit ₹28,470.6 Cr, profit ₹1,372.4 Cr. A final dividend of ₹2.50/share was proposed (total ₹6.00 for FY26). The company accounted for ₹1,000.1 Cr in Netherlands plant closure costs and benefited ₹573.7 Cr from a new tax regime.
