Patel Engineering delivered mixed FY26 results with revenue at ₹5,102.7 Cr (up 0.2% YoY), while Net Profit (PAT) surged 21.6% to ₹294.5 Cr. Q4 PAT saw a significant 118% jump to ₹71.5 Cr, despite a revenue dip. The company maintains a robust order book of ₹15,119.3 Cr, with hydroelectric projects forming the largest segment.

Strategically, PEL is focusing on high entry-barrier segments like hydropower and tunneling, capitalizing on government-led infrastructure initiatives. The balance sheet strengthened, reflected in a Debt/Equity ratio of 0.27 and consistent credit rating upgrades.

Recent achievements include securing ~₹4,400 Cr in new orders during FY26 and monetizing ~₹185 Cr of non-core assets. Key project milestones were achieved, with 4 of 8 units commissioned at Subansiri Hydropower (1,000 MW) and a national record set for tunneling speed at the CIDCO Water Tunnel.

With a strong order book and supportive government thrust on hydro and infrastructure development, Patel Engineering is well-positioned to capitalize on India's capital expenditure cycle. Diluted EPS for FY26 stood at ₹2.84.
