Apollo Tyres' board approved Q4/FY26 financial results, proposed a final dividend of ₹2.50/share (total FY26: ₹6.00). It appointed a new cost auditor and will seek shareholder nod for an Independent Director's re-appointment. Also noted ₹1,000.12 Cr in one-time costs for closing its Netherlands plant.
