Carborundum Universal Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 14-05-2026: Record Date

The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share for FY 2025-26. The Record Date for determining eligible shareholders for this dividend is July 31, 2026. This dividend, along with the interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 already paid, brings the total payout for FY26 to Rs. 4.00 per share. The 72nd Annual General Meeting will be held on August 7, 2026, where this final dividend will be approved. Eligible shareholders will receive the dividend by August 18, 2026.
