Carborundum Universal Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 14-05-2026: Dividend

Carborundum Universal's Board proposes a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share (250% on Re.1 FV) for FY26. Including the Rs. 1.50 interim dividend already distributed, the total annual payout for shareholders stands at Rs. 4.00 per share. The record date for this final dividend is July 31st.
