Carborundum Universal's Board approved Q4 & FY26 results. FY26 Standalone PAT rose to ₹416 Cr; Consolidated PAT fell to ₹195 Cr due to ₹135 Cr exceptional losses from winding down German and South African ops. A final dividend of ₹2.50/share was proposed.
