Mukand Ltd. approved consolidated financial results for FY26. The board proposed an equity dividend of Rs 3/share (including Rs 1 special for Bajaj Group's 100 years) and 8% on preference shares. Also approved Rs 160 Cr fund infusion into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mukand Heavy Engineering Ltd.
