Mukand Ltd. approved financial results & announced a Rs. 3/share dividend for FY25-26 (incl. Rs. 1 special). The Board also approved a Rs. 160 Cr fund infusion into its Heavy Engineering subsidiary and completed the slump sale of its Industrial Machinery Division for Rs. 45.78 Cr.
