KRBL's board has proposed a final dividend of ₹4.50 per equity share (450% on ₹1 face value) for FY26. This shareholder-friendly move amounts to ₹103 Cr in total. The payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be disbursed within 30 days thereafter.
