Pricol Limited reports strong FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹3,963.85 Cr (+51.24%) and Q4 PAT of ₹73.23 Cr (+109.06%). The board announced no final dividend. Leadership changes include Vikram Mohan as Chairman & MD, and two new Executive Directors. An additional corporate guarantee of ₹150 Cr for a WOS was approved.
