Great Eastern Shipping approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. Annual profit hit ₹2942.52 Cr, revenue ₹6312.42 Cr. A fourth interim dividend of ₹11.70/share was declared, bringing the total for FY26 to ₹35.10/share. The company also expanded its fleet with new vessel acquisitions.
