Pricol delivered robust FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹3,963.85 Cr (+51.24%) & PAT of ₹250.80 Cr (+50.15%). An additional ₹150 Cr corporate guarantee was approved for its WOS. Leadership saw Mrs. Vanitha Mohan exit; Mr. Vikram Mohan is now Chairman & MD, with two new executive directors. No final dividend.
