Galaxy Surfactants' board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated financials. Q4 PAT: Rs. 62.43 Cr, FY26 PAT: Rs. 267.38 Cr. A final dividend of Rs. 22/share was proposed for FY26. The 40th AGM is set for Aug 12.
