Pricol Limited — Important, 14-05-2026: Updates

Pricol reported strong FY26 consolidated revenue of 3,963.85 Cr (+51.24% YoY) and PAT of 250.80 Cr (+50.15% YoY). Mrs. Vanitha Mohan resigned as Chairman; Mr. Vikram Mohan is now Chairman & MD. Two Executive Directors were also appointed. An additional 150 Cr corporate guarantee for its WOS was approved. No final dividend will be paid.
