Chalet Hotels Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Chalet Hotels approved strong consolidated Q4 & FY26 results. The Board proposed a Re.1/share final dividend. Key moves include seeking approval for Rs.1,000 Cr debt fundraising and partially diluting Chalet Airport Hotel stake to 70% (investment Rs.385 Cr). Acquisition of a 144-room Udaipur hotel (Rs.171 Cr) and Rs.150 Cr CP allotment were also approved.
