Niyogin Fintech Limited's board meeting approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations reached 26.06 Cr for the quarter and 103.47 Cr for the year, resulting in profits of 1.54 Cr and 5.11 Cr, respectively. Consolidated revenue was 71.97 Cr for the quarter and 286.93 Cr for the year, with profits of 1.11 Cr and 0.37 Cr. Additionally, acting on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's suggestion, the board appointed Mr. Abhishek Thakkar, current President & CFO, as an Executive Director for three years, pending shareholder and RBI approval.
