Data Patterns (India) Ltd. delivered robust full-year FY26 results with revenue up 30.6% YoY to Rs 924.8 Cr and net profit rising 22.3% to Rs 271.4 Cr. Gross margins were 63.2% and EBITDA margins 40.1% for the year. While Q4FY26 revenue saw a 13% dip YoY to Rs 344.9 Cr, net profit still grew 21.3% YoY to Rs 138.4 Cr. Radar and Electronic Warfare were key segments contributing to growth.
The company's strategy involves building complete defense and aerospace electronic systems leveraging in-house expertise and expanding into new geographies, including exports to Europe and the UK. They have invested over Rs 131 Cr in new product development and plan an additional Rs 150 Cr capex over the next two years.
Recently, the order book reached an all-time high of Rs 2,062 Cr, offering strong revenue visibility. A notable Q4FY26 order was Rs 288.3 Cr for Radar & Service from IMD.
Management projects 20-25% revenue growth and 35-40% EBITDA margins over the next 2-3 years. They foresee a strong order pipeline of Rs 2,000-4,000 Cr in the next 24 months and aim to maintain a net debt-free status.
