Hubtown reported strong FY26 results: proforma pre-sales Rs. 4,382 Cr, collections Rs. 1,910 Cr. PBT surged 95%, PAT 205%. Strategic mergers are consolidating assets for efficiency. FY27 targets Rs. 6,000 Cr pre-sales, Rs. 3,000 Cr collections.
