Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 14-05-2026: Record Date

Allied Blenders' board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 5.40 per share (270%) for FY26. The Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility for this dividend, which requires approval at the AGM on July 6, 2026, is set for June 26, 2026. Shareholders owning shares by this date will be eligible for the payout. The board also approved a plan to raise up to Rs. 1,000 Cr through various securities, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals.
