Cella Space Ltd — Important, 15-05-2026: Company Update

Cella Space Limited has completed the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vijay Logistics Parks Private Limited, to Aura Space Industrial Warehousing Private Limited. The agreement for this transaction was entered into in March, with completion occurring in May, and resulted in a net consideration of approximately 16.33 Cr for the company. The buyer is independent and not part of the promoter group. This move follows the company's prior in-principle approval to form and divest wholly-owned subsidiaries when strategic opportunities emerge. The divested subsidiary had contributed nil to the company’s turnover or net worth last financial year.
