Sammaan Capital is now an IHC Group Company, with IHC as its promoter and controlling shareholder. This brings significant capital depth, operational expertise, improved market perception, and lower borrowing rates. The Board also appointed Mr. Alwyn Dinesh Crasta, IHC's Group CFO, as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
