Consolidated Revenue grew 62% to ₹169.9 crore, EBITDA surged 366% to ₹67.7 crore, and Net Profit increased 1974% to ₹35.1 crore. The company achieved ₹286.4 crore in pre-sales and ₹124.2 crore in collections, crossing a ₹1,000 crore market capitalization. BRRL has over 10 million sq. ft. under development with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,840 crore from ongoing projects and an upcoming project GDV exceeding ₹7,500 crore. The company plans to launch 5 new projects in FY27 with an estimated GDV of ₹687 crore, anticipating over 50% revenue growth.
