Devyani Intl. released Q4 & full-year consolidated results. Revenue hit ₹1,436.86 Cr (Q4) & ₹5,611.48 Cr (FY26). Full-year net loss was ₹38.63 Cr. Board also approved merging Sapphire Foods (177 DIL shares for 100 Sapphire) and Sky Gate into DIL.
