Devyani International's board re-appointed Mr. Manish Dawar as Whole-time Director (President & CEO) for 3 years from Feb 2027. Mr. Gaurav Bhatnagar joins as EVP & COO – India, and Mr. Pradeep Das is now Chief Growth & International Business Officer. VGG & Co. re-appointed as internal auditors for FY27.
