Vivro Financial Services, manager to the Open Offer for Glittek Granites Limited, has submitted the Committee of Independent Directors' assessment. This assessment concerns the acquisition of up to 0.675 Cr equity shares by Maheshkumar Jatashankar Thanki and other acquirers, along with Rawmin Mining and Industries Private Limited. The report has been published, marking a crucial compliance step in the ongoing open offer. This ensures independent oversight and informs shareholders about the committee's findings regarding the share acquisition.

Induss Food Products & Equipments' voluntary delisting offer is successful. The Discovered Price through the Reverse Book Building (RBB) process is Rs. 533.76 per share, matching the Floor Price. Acquirers will now hold 90.02% of shares after 1.41 lakh shares were tendered, surpassing the minimum acceptance. Public shareholders who bid successfully will receive payment. Remaining public shareholders have a one-year window to sell their shares at the same Rs. 533.76 per share. This moves the company closer to delisting.

Bright Brothers Limited announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year. Total income from operations rose to 86.96 Cr for the quarter and 352.99 Cr for the year, up from 330.21 Cr year-on-year. Net profit for the quarter was 2.10 Cr, and 7.74 Cr for the year, a decrease from 8.63 Cr last year. Total comprehensive income for the year was 7.91 Cr, down from 8.61 Cr. Equity share capital remained at 5.68 Cr. Diluted EPS for the year stood at Rs. 13.63, compared to Rs. 15.20 previously.
